A Kavalan Whisky, the Kavalan Solist Vinho Barrique, was named best single malt in the World Whiskies Awards and Nikka Whisky Malaysia won the title of world’s best blended malt with its Taketsuru Pure Malt 17 Year Old.
I guess this is the era of Asian whiskies while the scotch slowly replenishes their aged supplies? LOL!
